Dispute resolution
City Index Asia is committed to providing a
high standard of service to its customers. If you have a complaint
against City Index Asia, we request that you advise City Index
Asia’s Customer Services team or Compliance Manager in the first
instance of your complaint in writing (with all relevant details).
City Index Asia will thereafter investigate your complaint promptly
and fully.
In the event that you are not satisfied with
City Index Asia’s response, you may file a complaint to the
Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (“FIDReC”), which
provides an independent disputes resolution scheme, of which City
Index Asia is a member.
To file your complaint with FIDReC, you should
